Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall CORSTAR, its subsidiary and / or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, CORSTAR materials.

You specifically acknowledge and agree that CORSTAR is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any CORSTAR material, or with any of CORSTAR's terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using CORSTAR.

Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by CORSTAR, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the bulletin boards, and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the bulletin boards, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.

If at any time you believe this site has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by email to: support@CORSTAR.com and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly determine and correct the problem.

Other

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. The courts and authorities of Westchester County, State of NewYork shall have jurisdiction over all controversies which may arise between CORSTAR and anyone who uses or visits this site, including, but not limited to, site visitors, registered users and customers (whether individuals, corporations, LLCs, or other corporate entity) and such persons or entities hereby waive any other venue to which they may be entitled by virtue of domicile or otherwise. Further, should any party initiate or bring a suit or action in any state other than the State of Colorado, that party shall be deemed, by virtue of agreement to these site Terms and Conditions, to have admitted and agreed that upon application by any other party hereto, said suit shall be dismissed without prejudice and filed in a court of Westchester County, State of New York

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
