- 24/7 Monitoring Support and Service – To assist our technical support staff with the proactive and preventative support of your infrastructure, Corstar Communications utilizes industry leading software tools to cost-effectively monitor around the clock every device and server in your environment. These tools provide us with real-time alerts and notifications if a serious technical issue occurs.
- Remote Access and On-Site Support – By utilizing these tools, we also manage your entire critical infrastructure as well as all associated applications and services. Our Certified System Engineers proactively maintain and quickly diagnose and repair your technical issues so that your business critical applications are available and your end-users can obtain the maximum levels of productivity.
- Managed Firewall / Router / VPN – We provide secure network connectivity for internal and remote users by managing and monitoring your firewall, router and VPN devices.
- Active Directory Management – We manage the directory service to provide access to new users, modify existing users and/or delete old accounts. In addition, we can manage user profiles, group policies and security procedures for your entire organization.
